SIA Squash Ladder Rules & Regulations
- The latest rules and regulations for the SIA Squash Ladder as of 01 June 2007 can be found at http://siasquash.blogspot.com under the posting [SIA SQUASH LADDER].
- A player interested in participating in the ladder can post the following details at the SIA Squash Blog - Full Name, email address, handphone number, current SSRA grading if any. The administrator will contact you shortly after viewing your post in the SIA Squash Blog.
- New players will be added at the bottom of the ladder regardless of their current SSRA grading.
- Currently there is no limit with regards to who you would like to challenge on the ladder. If you win someone ranked above you in the ladder, your name will be placed above his. (Luck can get you up there....but it is not going to keep you there for long :P)
- A player who wishes to challenge another player may contact him via email or sms and arrange to play the game at a mutually agreed location and time.
- Since there are no prizes for topping this ladder, all games will be self marked and refereed. If any dispute arises, you can always player another day or another person. (there's more than one way to get up the ladder:P)
- All games can be played to either best of 5 or best of 3 sets as agreed by both players before the match. 9 points per set British Scoring.
- On completion of the tie, the score can be posted at the SIA Squash Blog, and the administrator will update the ladder accordingly.
Overseas Based Players - Only overseas based players that are within the SIA Group may take part in the ladder. Their position on the ladder will be updated when they successfully beat a player that is current on the ladder. However they will not occupy a number on the ladder.
